Instructions

The primary purpose of this book is to remember Bernice and we welcome your sentiments and photographs.

It is not necessary to give a donation to be in the book; but if you would have sent Bernice a present or card why not add your message through 'mydonate' which will be pasted on the front page by us.

Photographs for inclusion can be sent to me using the 'Add Photo' button and I will put them in the book.
